Leverage internal insights into JobSeeker and Recruiter behavior, job trends, to create original content to engage and interact with our audience on social platforms. Act as the advocate of social media integration within the Company, bringing new social media options to our site, product and business strategies. Be a champion of key audience segments (job seeker and recruiters), and build a community of brand evangelists, and engage them with programs designed to create brand loyalty. Provide insights into social media trends, report on performance and metrics
Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications, public relations, journalism or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing required, 3+ years of social media and mobile marketing experience in corporate/agency role, across all major social media platforms – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.
