Icre­on Tech in New York is look­ing for an enthu­si­as­tic, design-ori­ent­ed, solu­tion-dri­ven Prod­uct Man­ag­er to work in its Busi­ness Analy­sis team. Icre­on believes busi­ness­es with a glob­al out­look will cre­ate val­ue by lever­ag­ing the best resources no mat­ter where they are. Those busi­ness­es that are able to lever­age IT suc­cess­ful­ly will be able to cre­ate a great com­pet­i­tive advan­tage. This is where Icre­on has been able to add val­ue and can con­tin­ue to do so, they can for over a decade boast of a near 100% client reten­tion rate. This cou­pled with a fierce­ly loy­al and moti­vat­ed work­force means that they have been able to log dou­ble dig­it year on year growth every year so far.

Today, Icre­on employs close to 400 peo­ple spread across its offices in three con­ti­nents; offices that cater to client in over 20 coun­tries world­wide. This tal­ent­ed indi­vid­ual would be tasked with work­ing with some of Icreon’s high­est growth clien­tele, help­ing define dig­i­tal solu­tions across web & mobile. An ide­al can­di­date would have expe­ri­ence tak­ing a prod­uct from con­cep­tion to launch, and be high­ly-flu­ent in the lat­est web and mobile trends. They would have 1–2 years expe­ri­ence in being a prod­uct own­er and com­plete­ly defin­ing all crit­i­cal busi­ness require­ments for 1 or mul­ti­ple products.

Who is the ide­al Prod­uct Man­ag­er for Icreon?

They are seek­ing some­one who can work with clients to under­stand, ana­lyze, and assess their busi­ness require­ments for a spe­cif­ic dig­i­tal prod­uct they’re look­ing to build. Define work­flow & wire­frame how a dig­i­tal solu­tion should be con­struct­ed. Break­down com­plex process­es and tasks into sim­ple con­cepts. Work with the Icre­on Design team to come up with com­pelling user expe­ri­ences. Build out full-fea­tures pro­to­types and wire­frames based on requirements.
Cap­ture busi­ness log­ic from clients and doc­u­ment them thor­ough­ly. Be extreme­ly will­ing to do detailed research and mar­ket analy­sis against com­peti­tor prod­ucts to co-cre­ate USPs for our clients.

Map client require­ments from Dis­cov­ery across to UAT to thor­ough­ly test appli­ca­tions in the test­ing phase. High­ly-versed in the lat­est web and mobile expe­ri­ence trends. Expe­ri­enced in usabil­i­ty and human-com­put­er inter­face the­o­ry. Able to research and appro­pri­ate func­tion­al­i­ties com­mon in eCom­merce, Con­tent Man­age­ment, Social, and the pro­duc­tiv­i­ty spaces for our client needs.

Can you eas­i­ly work with our design and UX teams to direct artis­tic vision and cre­ate full-fledged con­cepts for a prod­uct? Able to quick­ly under­stand the scope of a project and build out high-lev­el project plans. Real­ize when projects are going through scope creep, time­line issues, or oth­er project risks quick­ly. Work with the Busi­ness Devel­op­ment team to iden­ti­fy new oppor­tu­ni­ties to con­tin­u­ous­ly cre­ate new ideas for client growth.
