Fast-paced, high­ly cre­ative, full-ser­vice ad agency look­ing for a high­ly cre­ative ART DIRECTOR who is a BIG thinker and a Great Design­er to over­see the design of tra­di­tion­al and non-tra­di­tion­al adver­tise­ments,  print mate­ri­als and on-line adver­tis­ing. You will need to be a very astute cre­ative, respon­si­ble for devel­op­ing mar­ket­ing con­cept and the “look” of an ad and diret­ing of the cre­ative team. Proven abil­i­ty to work with a copy­writer to devel­op an effec­tive adver­tis­ing concept.

We’re look­ing for a cre­ative per­fec­tion­ist who will take respon­si­ble for the qual­i­ty of the fin­ished ad prod­uct, from con­cept, through pro­duc­tion, and client presentation:

Responsibilities:

You will be respon­si­ble for trans­la­tion of clients’ brand strate­gies, mar­ket­ing objec­tives and cre­ative briefs into con­sis­tent design solutions.

You must enjoy and excel in the cre­ation, refine­ment, and fin­ished prod­uct of the ad piece.   Must have a strong work ethic.

Require­ments:

- 5+ years of expe­ri­ence as an Art director/Designer
— Nation­al Big Client account experience.

- Strong con­cept­ing skills

- Strong brand iden­ti­ty and visu­al­iza­tion for con­sumer pack­age goods
— Pre­vi­ous col­lab­o­ra­tion with oth­er Art Direc­tors, Design­ers, Pho­tog­ra­phers, Pro­duc­tion   Artists, and Illus­tra­tors‘- Strong skills in Adobe Illus­tra­tor, InDe­sign and Photoshop
— Killer port­fo­lio with exam­ples of work
— Detailed knowl­edge of design prin­ci­ples and cur­rent trends
— Strong inter­per­son­al skills and abil­i­ty to devel­op effec­tive work­ing rela­tion­ships with all lev­els of inter­nal and exter­nal contacts
— Adver­tis­ing agency expe­ri­ence is a must
