This role is responÂsiÂble for the hands on manÂageÂment of adverÂtisÂer camÂpaigns, in partÂnerÂship with Sales, to ensure best in marÂket cusÂtomer serÂvice, overÂall camÂpaign sucÂcess, and high levÂels of cusÂtomer hapÂpiÂness. This perÂson will work closeÂly with othÂer RockÂet Fuel orgaÂniÂzaÂtions, includÂing: ProÂfesÂsionÂal SerÂvices, Sales, Ad OperÂaÂtions and AnaÂlytÂics, to proÂvide day-to-day camÂpaign manÂageÂment. They will also be responÂsiÂble for developing/maintaining long lastÂing cusÂtomer relationships.
So who is the ideÂal Senior Account Manager?
They want team effort with the AssoÂciate Account ManÂagÂer, and Ad OperÂaÂtions, on day-to-day operÂaÂtional processÂes includÂing camÂpaign set-up, receipt of creÂative or tags, trafÂfickÂing, optiÂmizaÂtion, trouÂble-shootÂing and QA. ManÂage cusÂtomer activÂiÂty with CRM tools for maxÂiÂmum effiÂcienÂcy and visÂiÂbilÂiÂty, with careÂfulÂly exeÂcutÂed folÂlow-up to cloÂsure on open issues.
You’ll have to work closeÂly with AnaÂlytÂics to deterÂmine root causÂes for cusÂtomer sucÂcess or failÂure, and driÂve requireÂments for prodÂuct or process enhanceÂment and develÂopÂment as needÂed. PreÂpare camÂpaign insights reportÂing, includÂing analyÂsis and research leverÂagÂing RockÂet Fuel and/or 3rd parÂty perÂforÂmance and delivÂery data.
PartÂner with interÂnal cross funcÂtionÂal partÂners to underÂstand cusÂtomer goals and key perÂforÂmance metÂrics, and then utiÂlize all RockÂet Fuel’s resources and anaÂlytÂiÂcal tools to ensure we far exceed those goals throughÂout the camÂpaign. LeverÂage techÂniÂcal tools and quanÂtiÂtaÂtive data to manÂage camÂpaigns to sucÂcess, high cusÂtomer satÂisÂfacÂtion and renewÂal. Adhere to estabÂlished processÂes and work flows, as it relates to camÂpaign set-up and pixÂel placeÂment stratÂeÂgy, creÂative exeÂcuÂtion (includÂing dynamÂic creÂative), proÂvide input on new processÂes and work flows as needed.
The right perÂson going to need a strong digÂiÂtal backÂground (3–6 years epeÂriÂence). SupeÂriÂor time manÂageÂment and mulÂti-taskÂing skills. DemonÂstratÂed abilÂiÂty to lead, grow camÂpaigns and manÂage projects. Back of hand familÂiarÂiÂty with comÂmerÂcial ad servÂing platÂforms such as DouÂbleclick DART. Atlas, etc.
