So who is the ide­al Account Exec­u­tive fro Epsilon?

The Account Exec­u­tive is to be involved in day-to-day client projects; gath­er­ing and deliv­er­ing infor­ma­tion to the team. Assist­ing with project plans, includ­ing time­lines and deliverables.

Per­form cam­paign report­ing and deliv­er­abil­i­ty report­ing as required; sup­port cam­paign testing/QA. Man­age cam­paign job tick­ets, score­card and esca­la­tions, mon­i­tor automa­tion sta­tus. Work­ing knowl­edge of DREAM/Harmony (user setups, minor changes, etc). Research and pro­vide indus­try news and best prac­tices to inter­nal teams. Work­ing knowl­edge of billing process and pric­ing struc­tures. Sit in on client calls, facilitate/manage cam­paign assets

At least two years of rel­e­vant client expe­ri­ence in email mar­ket­ing or oth­er relat­ed dis­ci­plines; or at least two years of rel­e­vant agency expe­ri­ence. Inter­est in man­ag­ing client relationships

Com­fort man­ag­ing projects and oper­a­tional work­flow, apti­tude for process dis­ci­pline. Knowl­edge of cus­tomer reten­tion process and the abil­i­ty to ana­lyze process­es. Self-direct­ed with a sense of urgency in solv­ing client issues and an abil­i­ty to adapt to dif­fi­cult situations.
