So who is the ideal Account Executive fro Epsilon?
The Account Executive is to be involved in day-to-day client projects; gathering and delivering information to the team. Assisting with project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
Perform campaign reporting and deliverability reporting as required; support campaign testing/QA. Manage campaign job tickets, scorecard and escalations, monitor automation status. Working knowledge of DREAM/Harmony (user setups, minor changes, etc). Research and provide industry news and best practices to internal teams. Working knowledge of billing process and pricing structures. Sit in on client calls, facilitate/manage campaign assets
At least two years of relevant client experience in email marketing or other related disciplines; or at least two years of relevant agency experience. Interest in managing client relationships
Comfort managing projects and operational workflow, aptitude for process discipline. Knowledge of customer retention process and the ability to analyze processes. Self-directed with a sense of urgency in solving client issues and an ability to adapt to difficult situations.
